UMSL Business focuses on producing work-ready graduates. Our students understand what it takes to grow and persevere in the workplace. That dedication results in graduates with hard working attitudes, the skills to compete in the global marketplace, and the ability to make a positive impact within their organizations and communities.

Accredited for both business and accounting by the prestigious Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business – a distinction held by 1% of business schools worldwide and the top 10% in the United States – students have access to nationally ranked programs delivered both on-line and in classroom settings, with flexibility that fits any schedule.

In summer 2017, UMSL Business students will open the doors to their first ever dedicated Business building. The building will give the college a significant new identity for our nationally ranked, fully accredited business programs and will greatly aid our efforts to attract more students. Operationally, we will bring under one roof teaching currently spread across six separate buildings and administration from four. The students will be the main beneficiaries with easy access to advising, state of the art classrooms, and plenty of collaboration space.

UMSL Business offers seven undergraduate majors, five professional degree programs, a PhD in Business with an emphasis in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and numerous graduate certificates, providing a comprehensive yet diverse spectrum of academic programs. With the support of faculty that is recognized nationally and internationally for its scholarship and research, students have the opportunity to devise an educational plan that will help them achieve their goals.
