The Triton Pantry is a lifeline for UMSL students, providing food, hygiene items, diapers, school supplies and more — at no cost.
In the first eight weeks of the semester, the pantry served 289 students during 762 visits and demand continues to grow.
Thanks to strategic partnerships, the Triton Pantry can stretch every dollar far beyond retail prices, making financial contributions more impactful than traditional food drives.
Every gift makes a difference:
- $1,000 fills the pantry shelves for two weeks.
- $400 provides 30,000 diapers through UMSL’s Diaper Bank partnership.
- $250 supplies 125 meals to students.
- $20 a month stocks the shelves with 30 ready-to-eat snacks.
Staffed by students, the Triton Pantry offers a welcoming, peer-to-peer environment that helps students meet basic needs so they can stay engaged and succeed academically.
To sustain and expand this vital resource, the Triton Pantry needs your support.
Every dollar helps. Every gift matters. Help keep the shelves full and UMSL students thriving.
